Tell us about yourself and what you do for ProviderTrust.
I am the Growth Operations Coordinator here at ProviderTrust. I work with the Marketing and Sales team and aid in finding new prospects for the Sales team to reach out to. I also organize that data so it is readily available for both teams.
How long have you worked at ProviderTrust?
I have been working for ProviderTrust for almost three years now! I believe it will be three years in January 2023. So, it has been about two and a half years!
Tell us about your first role at ProviderTrust and how you transitioned into your new role.
My first role was as a Growth Operations Intern. I went full-time about two years in and it was a great day! I would say that the biggest transitions have been working full-time hours and gaining more responsibilities. I am still learning everyday but I feel much more confident in my abilities now!
What is your favorite memory at ProviderTrust?
Our most recent anniversary party! It was such a great experience! I work from home now, so seeing everyone, playing games, and posing for the photo booth was a great way to connect with my coworkers!
Describe your personal/professional growth while working with the company?
I would say that I have become a lot more confident in myself and my abilities. I have grown so much while working here and it is all because of the people I work with! I have an amazing leader that consistently pushes me to do my best and believes in me every time. I have learned how to fail fast and learn from my mistakes, something that gave me a lot of anxiety before. I have grown a lot personally too! I have become a better communicator and friend because of the values that we practice everyday at ProviderTrust!
What is your favorite value at ProviderTrust and why?
My favorite value is Be the Hustle. The reason this is my favorite value is because it focuses on healthy hustle. This is something I have always struggled with. I tend to overwork myself and not take breaks, which ultimately turns into burn out. So, I really love the focus on having a healthy hustle so we can do our best work and have a balanced mind and life!
What key things have you learned that will help in your career journey?
A key thing I have learned at ProviderTrust is that I am capable of more than I think. When I first started working here, the knowledge gap was very intimidating. I did not know anything about the healthcare industry and had a lot to learn. Now, I look back at that time and I am really proud of just how much I have grown.
Looking back on the last year, what is something significant that has happened to you?
In the last year, I became certified in Salesloft, the platform that I am now responsible for. This is a big responsibility and at first I was a little nervous. I now have more confidence because of this new accountability and how I have been able to manage it.
