Tell us about yourself and what you do for ProviderTrust.
I am a St. Louis native! I came to Nashville to attend Tennessee State University, following graduation, my now fiancé and I decided to give adult life in Nashville a chance. At ProviderTrust, I am responsible for generating interest in our great work through email marketing, campaigns, and sales enablement. I work daily to ensure the right people get the right message at the right time from our company. During my free time: I enjoy reading, entrepreneurship, community service, and spending time with friends and family.
What’s the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is working with many people across the department and being on the best team at ProviderTrust, Marketing. Creating brand campaigns is an all-hands-on-deck effort, and I couldn’t do it without my team. As a collective we strive to make an impact and achieve our goals.
How long have you worked at ProviderTrust?
I’ve been working at ProviderTrust since August 2021! I remember when I first stumbled across the job listing and visited the website. I could feel the culture of the company through the videos I was able to watch. I remember going through the application and mapping out my perfect day. For that to be my reality now, I’m truly blessed. I’m forever grateful for ProviderTrust and the relationships I’ve developed!
What is your favorite memory at ProviderTrust?
My favorite memories at ProviderTrust have been attending the Nashville SC games with our company! I had never been to a soccer game before, so getting that experience at Geodis Park was great.
Describe your personal/professional growth while working with the company.
While at PT, I’ve grown tremendously! ProviderTrust is a place that believes in and cares for its people. Every team member has the room to grow professionally and personally. There is space for you to bring your whole self to work each day. Last year I had the opportunity to attend HubSpot’s annual INBOUND conference in Boston. It was one of the best experiences and helped me approach my daily tasks with strategy, greater perspective, and more collaboratively. I recently became a member of the Nashville Emerging Leaders 2023 class. I am beyond excited to participate in the program, collaborate with other emerging leaders in the community, and represent ProviderTrust. There are a multitude of growth opportunities I’ve been able to experience. Those are two that have impacted me recently.
What is your favorite value at ProviderTrust and why?
Be The Hustle is my favorite value because you can’t spell hustle without STL. On a serious note, being the hustle has inspired me daily to find the balance between the hustle and having all hands on deck to do the work while also taking time for me, my family, and my friends. Living by this value and actively working on prioritizing myself and the quality of my work reflects in how I execute my responsibilities at work.
Looking back on the last year, what is something significant that has happened to you?
A significant moment for me last year was getting engaged in December! It was a sweet moment with my fiancé, Dante, and all my family and friends.
